TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Your agreement is with Simon Bratt, owner of 6 The Lakes, Warmwell
Leisure Resort, Warmwell, Nr Weymouth, Dorset.
The contract is between you and Simon Bratt.
The Lodge has a maximum occupancy
of four, including children.
The lodge is no smoking but smoking is allowed outside. No dogs
are allowed in the lodge.
When booking your holiday by email please forward a cheque for
the deposit, 10% of the total holiday price, made payable to Simon
Bratt, within 7 days (or full payment if you are booking less
than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday). The 90% balance
is due at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. An
invoice will be sent to you at this time.
All female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute
discretion. At the time of enquiry you must inform us of this
and of the ages of all members.
The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of
all members of your party and is responsible for making sure they
accept the contract. No bookings can be accepted from anyone under
the age of 18.
Once there is a contract you cannot transfer your booking to anyone
else or change it (including the members of your party) without
Simon Bratt's agreement. He will try to help if at all possible.
There may be a small fee to cover administration costs.
Only people listed on the booking confirmation can occupy our
holiday home and we can require anyone not listed to leave the
park.
If you cancel your holiday more than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to
your holiday start date any payments made will be refunded. If
a cancellation is made after 56 days (8 weeks) you will be responsible
for the full cost of your holiday. We most strongly advise that
you take out full holiday cancellation insurance.
You are responsible for you personal possessions on park or in
the lodge. We are not liable to any loss or damage to these.
Guaranteed check-in time into your accommodation is 4pm on the
day of arrival (subject to unavoidable delays), however, you are
welcome to use all facilities on the park, should you arrive prior
to 4pm.
On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate your accommodation
by 10am - you are more than welcome to use all park facilities
after this time on the day of departure.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own swimming/beach
towels. Please leave muddy boots/fishing tackle in the container
provided outside the lodge.
As the lodge is on a family park please be respectful to other
holidaymakers. Please do not be noisy or offensive or likely to
cause harm to other guests, staff or property at the park. If
the park management consider your behaviour is illegal, offensive,
disruptive or inappropriate they may ask you to leave the park.
In these circumstances no refund will be given.
Very occasionally, in exceptional circumstances, we may have to
cancel your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible
and you can choose to accept a full refund or accept alternative
dates. If we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control
(i.e. fire or flood) we will pay a full refund.
We hope that you will enjoy staying in the lodge and enjoy your
time at Warmwell. However if you find any problems with the lodge
or the amenities on the park please contact Park Reception.
